A Personal Message from Dr. Debbi
Life can be seen as a journey. Along the way we may encounter bumps, potholes, or roadblocks that leave us feeling confused, frustrated, helpless, overwhelmed, and even hopeless. We find ourselves needing guidance, direction, and a renewed focus. Any type of change (even positive) can produce stress. Asking for help takes a lot of courage. I'm here to help you find the needed answers and direction to continue on your journey with a refreshed outlook and a revitalized spirit.

I help my clients...
  • Identify and release past and current wounds
  • Build stronger relationships
  • Address self-esteem and communication issues
  • Develop and maintain healthy boundaries
  • Mediate separation/divorce issues including custody and visitation
